Looking for individuals who will be the first point of contact to customers providing product information and availability, complaint resolution and billing reconciliation.

This is a great position for college students and graduates who have a desire to gain valuable work experience with a stable, growing company. Our client prefers to promote from within for team-lead and supervisor roles - your hard work and dedication will be rewarded!!

Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via phone and e-mail in a professional and prompt manner to create the ideal customer service experience
• Research accounts to resolve customer concerns and issue credits and refunds as needed.
Requirements:
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, MS Word, MS Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Flexible schedules available from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m.
20 to 40 hours per week
