Responsibilities: • Interact with customers via phone and e-mail in a professional and prompt manner to create the ideal customer service experience • Research accounts to resolve customer concerns and issue credits and refunds as needed. Requirements: • At least one year of customer service experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient computer skills, MS Word, MS Outlook • High School Diploma or GED • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment Flexible schedules available from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. 20 to 40 hours per week Candidates interested in this opportunity must have reliable transportation, our client's Downers Grove location is not accessible via public transportation. The office location is handicapped accessible.
